What's Inside Every AEON Design Package

Every project, regardless of size or complexity, receives the full package. Here's what that looks like:

Full 3D Photoreal Renderings

Not illustrations. Not digital watercolors. Photorealistic 3D images that show your actual property with your actual materials in accurate lighting conditions. We typically deliver 8 to 14 views depending on scope — enough to see every major zone of your outdoor space from the angles that matter: from inside the home looking out, from the pool deck looking toward the entertaining area, at dusk with lighting activated.

Cinematic Walkthrough Video

A first-person walkthrough of the finished design, rendered as video. You experience the space the way you'll actually use it — moving from the back door, past the kitchen pavilion, to the pool edge. This is consistently the moment clients feel certain about their design decision.

Construction-Ready Documents

Stamped plans your contractor can build from without interpretation. Every dimension is called out. Every material is specified by manufacturer and product line. Every elevation is drawn. The contractor receives a document set that removes ambiguity — which is what keeps your project on budget and on schedule.

Full Material Schedule

Every surface, every finish, every fixture: specified with supplier, product line, lead time, and installation note. When it's time to order materials, your contractor has everything they need without a single phone call to us.

Unlimited Revision Rounds (Within the Design Phase)

We don't bill by the revision. The design process is inherently iterative — seeing something in 3D always surfaces something worth adjusting. We work through revisions until the design is right, then produce the final construction package. Period.

How $4,000 Compares to the Alternative

The alternative is approving a 2D plan and hoping the built result matches your mental image. When it doesn't — and it rarely does perfectly — you're negotiating change orders at $8,000 to $25,000 a piece. One significant change order costs more than the entire AEON design package. Most luxury pool projects see two to four change orders when the design phase was done cheaply or quickly.
